Due to the nature of our items, all sales are final. We do our best to write great descriptions for all of our products. Keep in mind our handmade items are just that, handmade and unique. There will be shabby chic elements, distressing, and/or imperfections. No two items are exactly alike, even if they are the same.

Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

If we shipped you an incorrect item we will pay for the return shipping back to us and to ship the correct item out to you. Contact The Chalk Shoppe at info@thechalkshoppe.com for more information on mis-shipped items.

We inspect every item before it is shipped and only believe in selling the best quality. If you receive an item you believe to be damaged or defective and the item is unused, please contact The Chalk Shoppe within 48 hours of receipt. Email info@thechalkshoppe.com in order to be eligible for an exchange. Please include the order number and the item number in your email. 

Once you have a Return Authorization number, package your Damaged or Mis-shipped item with the card included with your order and mail it to:

Note: In order to keep our prices low, we do NOT do refunds of any kind. 

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.
